This Privacy Policy explains how Kredly collects, uses, and protects information when you use kredly.co.in.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect your name, email address, login information, subscription status, payment confirmation details, practice attempts, mock test results, leaderboard scores, and usage activity within the app.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide accounts, track learning progress, show analytics, operate paid features, maintain leaderboards, improve the platform, prevent misuse, and provide support.
3. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Razorpay. Kredly does not store complete card, UPI, or bank credentials. Payment providers may process payment data according to their own policies.
4. AI Features
When AI explanations or coaching features are used, relevant question and performance context may be processed to generate responses. Do not submit sensitive personal information inside free-text inputs.
5. Cookies
Kredly uses cookies for login sessions and security. Advertising or analytics integrations may use their own cookies if enabled.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers required to operate hosting, payments, analytics, email/support, AI features, or legal compliance.
